EPPC Albania & Kosovo is seeking a Finishing / Jewelry Polishing Department Coordinator on behalf of its client, a company operating in the fashion jewelry and accessories industry, based in Durres, Albania. In this role, you'll take ownership of the finishing departments and play a key part in delivering high-quality products on time.
In your day-to-day, you'll plan and monitor production activities, optimize workflows, and lead a team of polishers and quality control staff. You'll track performance through KPIs, ensure compliance with quality standards, control costs, and propose technical and organizational improvements to boost efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and daily/weekly monitoring of production activities within the finishing departments
- Optimize production workflows and ensure deadlines and targets are consistently met
- Supervise, train, and motivate the team of polishers and quality control staff
- Monitor team and production performance through relevant KPIs
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and oversee the management of defects and rework
- Collaborate with the Quality Department to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and control costs related to labor, tools, and consumables
- Propose technical and organizational improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality
- Liaise with the Headquarters Polishing Supervisor to identify and implement optimal processing cycles
- Participate in comparison and training trips to Italy, as required
- Ensure the correct use of both manual and automatic polishing equipment
- Apply in-depth knowledge of brass, silver, and steel processing
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in jewelry production, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of polishing, finishing, copper plating, cleaning, and assembly
- Knowledge of brass, silver, and stainless steel processing
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Albanian required; Italian and English are an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Durres and travel to Italy when required
