About You
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FI Consultant with fluent Italian and strong English communication skills to join our SAP consulting team. The successful candidate will lead SAP Finance (FI) implementations, S/4HANA transformation projects, and support business process optimization for enterprise clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality SAP Finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FI implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Tax Configuration
- Support SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives.
- Design functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
- Ensure integration with SAP CO, MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Conduct workshops with Italian-speaking clients and key stakeholders.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of SAP FI consulting experience.
- Proven experience delivering at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI configuration and financial accounting processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.
- Understanding of integration with SAP CO, MM, SD, and related modules.
- Experience in data migration, testing, and cutover activities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Professional English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
- Knowledge of SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Treasury.
- Experience working in international consulting environments.
- Familiarity with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
