Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in Tirane. The Sales Agent will engage with customers and partners, present product information, and guide them in selecting appropriate fertility and pregnancy-support supplements. Daily responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves coordinating with the customer service and marketing teams, participating in training sessions, and staying updated on product developments and industry trends. The Sales Agent is expected to meet sales targets while providing ethical, informed, and compassionate support to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and relationship building.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management.
• Experience in Insurance or related fields is beneficial, especially in health or fertility-related products.
• Ability to deliver and participate in Training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Previous experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or nutritional supplements is an advantage.
