Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Durres. The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell Dream Pharma’s fertility-focused nutritional supplements to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and clinics. Daily responsibilities include visiting medical practices and pharmacies, presenting product benefits and clinical information, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. The role involves managing a sales territory, achieving sales targets, monitoring competitor activity, and providing feedback from the field to support marketing and product development. The representative will also prepare reports, participate in trainings, and support educational events and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Medical Sales and a solid understanding of sales processes in a healthcare environment.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to confidently present product information and address clinical questions.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or nutritional supplement sales is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related, scientific, or business discipline is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software for reporting and territory management.
