Join the DokuFest team as Festival Producer
This role puts you at the center of making the festival happen. As Festival Producer, you'll coordinate the many moving parts behind DokuFest, working hand in hand with teams, filmmakers, artists, partners and audiences to turn plans into a festival experience people remember.
You'll be joining an organization that has grown for more than two decades, evolving from a festival rooted in Prizren into a year-round cultural organization with local, regional and international reach. Your curiosity and sense of responsibility will help shape its next chapter. Collaboration with the city it calls home stays at the core of what you do.
