Doku Fest is hiring an Executive Director
Step into a central leadership role at Doku Fest, an organization that has grown over more than two decades from a festival rooted in Prizren into a year-round cultural organization with local, regional and international reach. As Executive Director, you'll help guide the organization into its next chapter, bringing experience, responsibility and fresh perspective to its long-term direction.
Day to day, you'll lead the organization's work and people, collaborating closely with teams, filmmakers, artists, audiences and partners. You'll strengthen the collaborations DokuFest has always been built on, including its deep connection with Prizren, the city that has been its home from the beginning.
