Are you passionate about turning complex HR processes into practical, user-friendly solutions? Do you enjoy bridging the gap between business requirements and system functionality? If you’re equally comfortable leading discussions with HR stakeholders and diving into system details to understand how processes really work, we’d love to have you on our team!

As a Senior IT Application Specialist – HR Applications, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and functional expert within our HR Applications Team. You’ll work across our HR application landscape, with a strong initial focus on SAP HCM.Your role will focus on understanding business needs, translating them into effective system solutions, creating clear documentation, providing user support, and guiding stakeholders toward the best process and system choices.You’ll also have an opportunity to contribute to an important transformation ahead of us: our journey from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors. Previous SuccessFactors experience would therefore be a strong advantage.

Our requirements:

• Analytical mindset, structured problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into HR and ERP systems.
• Solid hands-on functional experience with SAP HCM.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear system solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Confidence in managing stakeholder expectations and communicating technical topics in a clear, business-friendly way.
• Strong English skills for effective cross-team and international collaboration.
  

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly implementations, integrations, or migrations.
• Exposure to other HR applications and integration points.
• Experience participating in SAP HCM transformation or migration projects.
• Experience with integrations between SAP HCM and other enterprise applications.
• Background or practical experience with HR processes.
• Experience in internal IT support environments. ITIL certification would be an asset.
• Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI.

Your future role

• Provide troubleshooting, user support, and post-implementation assistance across supported HR applications.
• Act as a functional expert for SAP HCM and develop expertise across the broader HR application landscape.
• Partner with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities and deliver system enhancements.
• Translate HR requirements into clear functional and system solutions and explain system behavior in simple terms.
• Analyze existing HR processes and support their continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors where required.
• Support testing, change implementation, and rollout activities.
• Contribute to the future transition from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors, bringing existing SuccessFactors knowledge where available and developing further expertise as the transformation progresses.
