

Functions as the strategic business leader of the property's Front Office, Food & Beverage, Spa & Fitness Center, Security and Housekeeping Operations. Position works with direct reports to develop and implement departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand objectives, targets customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, increasing the level of the operational quality, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the hotel. Provides leadership in all operational activities within the hotel to achieve property objectives through building strong long-term value-based customer relationships, working closely with all Departments.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Management
• Provide strategic direction and daily leadership to departmental heads and teams.
• Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
• Set departmental goals aligned with hotel objectives and monitor performance.
• Ensure effective communication between departments and with senior management.
Guest Experience & Service Quality
• Champion a guest-first culture by ensuring consistently high service standards.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Operational Oversight
• Oversee the seamless functioning of Front Office operations, including check-in/out, reservations, concierge, and guest relations.
• Supervise Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting, ensuring quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
• Ensure the Spa & Fitness Center provides excellent wellness experiences, maintains cleanliness, and complies with safety protocols.
• Lead Housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness, room readiness, and inventory management.
Financial Management
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial performance for each department.
• Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
• Identify opportunities to drive revenue and maximize departmental profitability.
Training & Development
• Support departmental managers in recruiting, onboarding, and training staff.
• Encourage continuous learning and development to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
Health, Safety & Compliance
• Close communication with the subcontractor security company, monitoring daily operations, detecting and preventing potential problems, and following up on key issues such as security personnel's compliance with hotel rules.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations across departments.
• Oversee risk management and emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant local laws and hospitality standards.
Strategic Planning & Improvement
• Contribute to hotel strategy development and operational planning.
• Analyze departmental KPIs and implement initiatives for improvement.
• Lead projects related to guest services, facility upgrades, and operational innovation.
Other Responsibilities
• Is focused on achieving objectives of hotel in revenue, profit, market penetration, customer service and employee satisfaction.
• Is part of the management decisions as part of the Executive Committee.
• Is flexible related with working hours, based on the requirements of the operation such as weekend duty when necessary.
• Complies with the company code of conduct, hotel policies and procedures, professionally, ethically and with the right attitude.
• Responsible for the confidentiality of the company information and guest information.
• Adheres to Fire, Health & Safety regulations of the hotel.
• Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
• Fulfills responsibilities as requested by the General Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Business Administration and relevant universities.
Experience: Min. three years experience in hotel operations as Rooms Division Director, Food & Beverage Director or min. 2 years experience as an Operations Manager.
Other Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English. Should be a result oriented efficient leader with excellent communication skills. Should have excellent knowledge and experience in all operational functions of the hotel. Should have excellent planning and organizing skills, as well as problem solving and decision making skills and stress management skills. Budgetary analysis capabilities are key to success. Should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and other operational programs used in the hotel.
