WE’RE HIRING | Welsh & English Customer Support Specialist
Are you a confident Welsh (Cymraeg) speaker who enjoys helping people and solving problems?
Commercey is looking for a Welsh & English Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team and work on an exciting international project.
100% Remote
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
What will you do?
You’ll be the friendly voice behind the customer experience — supporting customers in Welsh and English through:
- Helpdesk
- Phone
You’ll help customers resolve questions and issues, manage cases, and make sure every interaction is professional, clear and positive.
What are we looking for?
- Fluent Welsh + English – spoken & written
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Empathy, patience & a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Centre, Helpdesk or another customer-facing role is a plus — but transferable experience is welcome.
