Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations Assistant to support the Finance Manager with daily financial operations. You will assist with commission validation, invoicing, payment reconciliation, reporting, and provide operational support to the Data Operations team when needed.

Responsibilities:

Finance Support:

• Validate commissions and revenue data from CRM systems.
• Prepare and issue partner invoices.
• Reconcile payments and bank transactions.
• Track outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Support month-end reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Process partner withdrawals and media invoices.
• Reconcile monthly Google Ads and Microsoft Ads spend.
• Process media invoices through the company’s ticketing system.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding invoices, payments, and financial matters.

Operations Support:

• Assist with CRM updates, reporting, and data management.
• Maintain accurate information across internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Support operational tasks during busy periods or team absences.
• Assist with partner onboarding when required.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Comfortable learning new systems and financial platforms.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
