Video Content Strategist - AI Industry Employer: Broad LLC
Work location: Prishtina, Kosovo — office-based, with remote options available.
Contract type: Full-time.
Monthly pay: €1,720 gross per month. EST-based working hours: Two shifts of 8 hours, beginning at 15:00 and 17:00 local time. Minimum experience: 5+ years in video content strategy is mandatory; candidates who do not meet this threshold are immediately disqualified.
Our AI video team in Prishtina is recruiting a Content Strategist. We produce large volumes of short-form videos for brands that rely on content to grow, including paid social advertisements, AI videos centred on catchy songs, emotionally driven stories, UGC-style clips and trending formats. One account alone may require 7000+ unique videos per month.
In most cases, you will oversee creative direction for one or two brands simultaneously alongside a pod of our video editors, while also contributing ideas to the broader team when needed. Our editors work quickly, so you will need to provide a steady supply of hooks, angles and concepts suitable for testing and promptly establish which deliver results. Giving feedback, upholding client rules and guardrails, and keeping corrections moving smoothly are also central to the position.
This position revolves around speed. We need someone who can develop ten hooks while others produce two, put them through testing within days, assess the findings objectively and immediately begin the next iteration.
Your responsibilities:
Continually develop hooks, angles and concepts, together with the concise scripts and briefs that editors use to create videos.
Organise rapid testing rounds by selecting each week's tests, determining the number of variations for each hook and defining the results that justify expanding or abandoning an approach.
Analyse hook rate, hold rate, CTR, cost per result, organic views and shares. Within the same week, discontinue underperforming approaches and increase production of successful ones.
Monitor feeds daily for competitor advertisements, the Meta Ad Library, TikTok and Reels trends, and emerging songs and sounds. Convert those observations into tests while the trends remain relevant.
Give editors sufficiently clear briefs to proceed without waiting for further input, and check their cuts before release.
Maintain an up-to-date record of each brand's successes and failures so the team can build on effective ideas without accidentally testing unsuccessful ones again.
Participate in client calls, communicate the rationale for creative decisions and challenge requests unlikely to deliver results.
Quickly understand a new brand's customers, product, voice and rules, enabling you to contribute usable ideas during your first week working on it.
Assess every video produced by creators and provide feedback based on the client's established rules, their less clearly defined expectations for virality and your own judgement.
The experience and abilities we seek:
Essential qualifications
At least 5+ years spent writing or planning short-form content or paid social creative, supported by demonstrable results.
A track record of measurable success, ideally through direct involvement in a team or project that achieved millions of views or paid performance results.
Examples of your own hooks, scripts or advertising concepts, alongside their results after publication; we will ask to see these.
Practical command of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, including creative testing methods and the metrics that matter for each platform.
The ability to explain in a sentence why viewers watch one video but swipe past another.
Writing versatility that persuades without feeling like advertising, adapting to warm, humorous or emotional voices according to the brief.
Confidence working quickly at scale: producing hundreds of videos monthly requires dozens of fresh ideas each week and decisions based on incomplete data.
Excellent written and spoken English, as our clients and much of the team use English throughout the day in Slack and during calls.
Additional strengths
Previous work with D2C or e-commerce brands.
Practical experience using AI tools for scripts, images, videos or music, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Suno, Seedance, Higgsfield or comparable tools.
Sensitivity to music and sound, with an understanding of which songs can effectively carry a video.
A personal page, channel or account whose audience you have grown.
Some personal editing experience, with CapCut sufficient, allowing you to demonstrate your intentions to an editor.
Our working approach:
AI video evolves every few weeks. We are looking for someone who can spot a format on Monday and have three tests running by Friday. Slack is our main communication space; we work at pace and switch to calls whenever speaking is quicker than typing. Your daily collaboration will include your editors and our leads, who manage client relationships.
Working arrangements:
You will initially work from our Prishtina office to become established with the team and its processes. Remote working days may become available afterwards, depending on your performance, dependability and the team's requirements.
Pay and benefits:
Monthly gross pay of €1,720, plus health insurance.
A full-time contract, with taxes and contributions covered.
Opportunities to develop alongside the team.
Required documents and work samples
A CV and 3–5 examples of hooks, scripts or video scripts you have written are required, with a short account of each example's performance. If possible, the materials should also contain 2–3 hook ideas for a brand you like. Breadth and speed matter more to us than a polished presentation.
