Position: Internship
Workplace: Head Office
Unit: Trade Finance Department/ POS Unit
Location: Prishtinë
Opening date: 28.09.2026
Closing date: 04.10.2026

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Provide support with day-to-day POS requests received from branches.
• Carry out fieldwork to install new POS-es and replace existing ones for Merchants.
• Track the current POS Portfolio and respond to clients’ needs based on their requests.
• Keep a database of incoming requests and ensure their follow-up.
• Inspect POS devices and resolve technical issues when required.
• Support the Payment Systems Unit / POS with other associated administrative work.
• Report issues identified during field visits.

Qualifications:

• Hold, or be pursuing, a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Management, or a related faculty.
• Possess computer and technical skills.
• Be eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of solving problems.
• Have a category B driving licence.
• Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of English is considered an advantage.
