Job Description

As a Senior Controlling Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing financial operations related to logistics invoicing across Europe. Beyond ensuring accuracy and compliance, you will drive process improvements, support strategic decision-making, and act as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the accurate processing, validation, and documentation of incoming invoices from logistics providers
• Take ownership of financial controlling processes related to logistics operations across European markets
• Act as a key contact for logistics partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment on financial and contractual matters
• Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to monitor payment terms, delivery conditions, and financial performance
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
• Lead the preparation of reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management
• Identify, drive, and implement process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
• Support automation and scalability of controlling processes

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of experience in controlling, finance, or a similar role (preferably in an international environment)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Advanced MS Excel skills (experience with financial tools or ERP systems is a plus)
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across different levels
• A structured, proactive, and results-oriented way of working
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Excellent command of the English language

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
