The Role

AUTO1 Service Center L.L.C. is seeking a Junior Recruiter to become part of the Human Resources team in Prishtina. The position focuses on overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish while ensuring that each candidate has a professional and positive experience.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the entire hiring cycle for different departments, with an emphasis on a smooth and efficient candidate journey.
• Carry out interviews independently and identify the most suitable talent for the teams.
• Lead active sourcing and headhunting efforts to find and engage highly qualified candidates in a proactive way.
• Manage applicant administration and arrange meetings between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic partner for departments by providing professional recruitment support.
• Keep informed about developments in recruitment and suggest ideas that can strengthen hiring strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Strong German language skills are required.
• Prior background in recruitment is needed, preferably in an international company.
• Capacity to perform successfully in a fast-moving environment with independence and a high level of responsibility.
• A well-organized way of working, along with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
