Job Description

As a Junior Operations Mangers – French, you will support the Account Management team and help ensure a smooth and efficient after-sales process. You will communicate directly with our B2B merchants, understand their needs, and provide solutions, with a primary focus on payment-related matters.

Main Duties:

Support the Account Management team with administrative and operational tasks, mainly related to debt collection.
Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls with customers and merchants, with no sales or acquisition involved.
Understand customers' needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
Contact merchants to remind them of payment terms and follow up on outstanding payments when needed.
Keep customers informed and ensure their requests are handled in a timely manner.
Create and update instructions and guidelines for different processes.
Work closely with internal teams in an international environment to ensure a smooth after-sales experience.

Requirements:

Experience is not necessarily required.
You are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and enjoy helping them find solutions.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
You work accurately, efficiently and can manage multiple tasks at the same time.
You are able to work independently and structure your workload effectively.
You have a process-oriented and solution-focused approach.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
