MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN ALBANIA – EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join a major development project in Albania, bringing together luxury residential, hospitality, retail, tourism and commercial developments and creating a premium destination with significant long-term impact on Albania’s tourism and real estate sectors.

With project offices in Tirana, we are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level executive and administrative support within a dynamic, fast-paced project environment.

Location: Albania

Expected Start Date: November 2026

Employment: Full-time

Candidates: Albanian & International candidates

Salary: ALL 200,000–220,000 gross/month

International Candidates: All-inclusive package, including accommodation and transportation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive and personal administrative support to the CEO.
• Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, appointments, meetings and daily schedule.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting materials.
• Arrange business travel, accommodation, transportation and detailed itineraries.
• Prepare, organize and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence and other confidential documents.
• Act as a key point of contact between the CEO, senior management, project teams, business partners and external stakeholders.
• Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines and action points and ensure timely communication with relevant parties.
• Attend meetings when required, take minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
• Support the CEO in coordinating communication and priorities across multiple departments and project activities.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, briefings and business documentation.
• Coordinate events, appointments and other professional or personal arrangements as required by the CEO.
• Conduct research and gather information when requested, providing concise summaries and relevant documentation.
• Proactively identify priorities, anticipate the CEO’s needs and ensure that daily activities are efficiently coordinated.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary or similar senior support role, preferably supporting a CEO, Managing Director or senior executive.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal English, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and other relevant digital tools.
• Professional, proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Availability to work in a demanding, fast-paced and highly professional project environment.
• Previous experience in real estate, construction, hospitality, investment, development or other large-scale projects would be considered an advantage.
