Your Role
As a Digital Operations Assistant, you will work directly with our Affiliate Management team, supporting daily operations and ensuring that activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Affiliate Managers with daily operational tasks.
- Follow up on communications with partners and call centers, ensuring that outstanding issues are resolved.
- Monitor ongoing offers and activities, identifying potential problems early.
- Prepare clear and accurate daily and weekly reports.
- Identify operational issues and proactively propose solutions.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Use digital tools and AI-powered solutions to improve daily workflows.
- Take initiative and make independent decisions when necessary.

Requirements
- Fluent Italian (mandatory).
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude).
- Independent decision-making: Ability to take initiative and solve problems without constant supervision.
- Teamwork: Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure: Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Availability to work on weekends according to a rotating schedule.
- Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, working from our office at Lake View Residence, Tirana.
- Weekends: Remote work, based on a rotating schedule (part-time, approximately 1–2 working weekends per month, depending on team scheduling).
