We’re looking for a sharp, responsive Customer Success Manager to be the main point of contact for our affiliates. You’ll make sure every message gets a fast, helpful answer, solve issues directly, and keep the team informed of anything that needs action.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and reply to affiliate messages across all our group chats, quickly and professionally
- Solve affiliate issues on your own wherever possible: recharging ad accounts, submitting appeals, preparing change requests for pages, and similar tasks
- Flag anything that needs action to the rest of the team and follow up until it’s resolved
- Work closely with the team day to day, reporting directly to a senior team member from day one and be trained on the full workflow. You don't need to be an expert to apply.
- About Adsolution Ecommerce and performance marketing, based in Tirana, warehouses across Europe. Active partners of Meta and Google. We run campaigns across more than 10 European markets. International team with experience from South America, Italy, and China.
What we’re looking for
- Fluent English and Italian (required)
- Spanish is a big plus
- Fast learner who picks up new tools and processes quickly
- Familiarity with advertising platforms and how they work is a plus. Full training is provided.
- Organized, reliable, and genuinely attentive to messages. Responsiveness is the most important part of this role.
- Junior to mid-level experience in customer support, account management or a similar role
Schedule
- Full-time, in the office with the team during the week
- Availability to reply after 5pm (until around 7pm) when needed
- Availability on weekends to answer messages within an hour. Weekend volume is very light, often just a few messages or none, but affiliates should never wait long for a reply.
What we offer
- Full training from day one. You don't need to be an ads expert to apply.
- Direct mentorship and real responsibility from the start
- Paid AI tools and API tokens to work smarter, not harder
- Learning budget for courses, books, and events
- Exposure to live campaigns running across more than 10 European countries
- A clear path into a senior operations or team lead role
- Your salary grows with your scope. The more you own, the more you earn.
