Marketing Specialist — Zero
Zero is the first official Odoo partner in the Balkans. We implement Odoo ERP for major institutions and businesses across our region, spanning a wide range of industries. This year we were chosen as one of the top three best new partners in Europe by Odoo.
We are now looking for a Marketing Specialist — someone sharp, self-driven, and ready to own our entire marketing function. If you thrive on variety, move fast, and care deeply about the details, this is your role.
What will you do
You will take full ownership of marketing across Zero Group, 365lab, and our partner brands. From content strategy and SEO to social media, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships — you plan it, create it, publish it, and measure it. No narrow lane. One person, full ownership.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategy across all brands and channels
Create content for social media, blog, website, and email campaigns
Manage all social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
Run SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, content planning
Design and execute email campaigns (newsletters, sequences, announcements)
Identify, contact, and manage creator/influencer partnerships
Run basic paid ad experiments (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Create basic visual content with Canva and CapCut
Report marketing KPIs weekly/monthly to the CEO
Must Have
3+ years of experience in digital marketing
Strong copywriting skills in both Albanian and English
SEO and content optimization knowledge
Social media management and community engagement experience
Extreme attention to detail — zero tolerance for errors
Proactive mindset — sees what needs doing and does it
Taste, aesthetic sense, and a sense of humor
Full-time, in-office commitment — no freelancing on the side
Nice to Have
Experience in tech, SaaS, or B2B marketing
Familiarity with Odoo CRM or Marketing modules
Experience with marketing automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
Portfolio with measurable campaign results
Startup or small-team experience where you wore many hats
Knowledge of Albanian and regional market dynamics
Basic HTML/CSS (for email templates or landing page tweaks)
Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
What’s Great in the Job
You build the marketing function from zero — your strategy, your execution, your results
Small team, big impact — everything you do is visible from day one
No micromanagement — we hire smart people and trust them to deliver
Work across multiple brands with international exposure (Kosovo, North Macedonia, Italy)
Professional designers and videographers support you when you need them
Modern tools — Ahrefs, Framer, Publer, AI tools, Odoo — no outdated workflows
What We Offer
You’ll own the entire marketing function from day one — strategy, content, social, email, ads, everything. As the team grows, so does your role — this is a real path to Head of Marketing, not a title on paper. You’ll work in a new office in Tirana, with a team that values sharp thinking over corporate politics, and where one great person replaces three average ones.
