Operations Assistant (Payments & Data)
We are seeking a careful and precise Operations Assistant to become part of the team. The position focuses on supporting day-to-day payment and administrative activities by making sure customer accounts and payment information are managed correctly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Handle refunds, manual charges, and discount entries
- Oversee subscription renewals and billing-related requests
- Keep customer information updated and accurately maintained
- Support billing checks and payment confirmation tasks
- Reply to customer messages and assistance inquiries
- Carry out general administrative duties and data entry work
- Use Excel and web-based systems to complete everyday operational tasks
Requirements:
- High level of attention to detail and precision
- Good written communication skills in English
- Basic skills in computer use and Excel
- Capacity to learn new systems and follow established procedures
- Well-organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
