SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER / 3D VISUAL ARTIST

X-IDENTITY HAS SEVERAL OPENINGS.

X-Identity authors architecture and makes the images that carry it. Plans, sections and massing on one side. The stills and animations that carry the idea to a client on the other.

There is a seat open for a Senior Architectural Designer / 3D Visualization Artist in our Tirana studio.

Senior here means complete autonomy. Your work reaches the client without anyone reworking it. You review people working under your direction, you mentor one of them, and you set visual direction inside the brief.

You read a drawing set the way you read a sentence. You model in Rhino or 3ds Max, you light and render in V-Ray or Corona, you finish in Photoshop, and you know when a scheme needs a section rather than another camera angle.

We are not counting your years. Send your portfolio and resume as one PDF, architectural work only. Resumes on their own will not be accepted.

What we are actually testing for:

• Whether you can say why an image is not working, not just that it is not. "The lighting doesn't separate foreground from background" beats "it doesn't feel right."
• Whether a scheme's intent survives three rounds of client changes with you holding it.
• Whether the model behind the image is built so that somebody else can open it and keep working.

What you get that most studios do not offer:

• A written standard. Every quarter you will know what the next level requires and what is missing, in writing.
• Time to mentor and grow.
• A studio that turns down briefs.
• A studio building with AI, not hiding from it.
• A studio working with global clients in sports, retail, hospitality and entertainment.
