Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist. The specialist will optimize the company website and digital content to improve organic search visibility, rankings, and traffic. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements and metadata, and managing link-building initiatives with relevant partners. The role involves monitoring performance through web analytics tools, preparing regular reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to enhance user experience and conversions. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align SEO strategies with Wonder Albania’s brand and business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in keyword research and on-page SEO to optimize content, structure, and metadata.
• Experience performing comprehensive SEO audits, including technical, content, and site architecture reviews.
• Proficiency in link building strategies, outreach, and relationship management with reputable websites.
• Ability to use web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or similar) to measure performance and guide decisions.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and current industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality marketing is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Albanian is an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Tirana and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
