Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Tirana. The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting Winpharma’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, including physicians and pharmacists, in line with company strategies and regulatory guidelines. Daily activities include planning and conducting sales visits, presenting product information and clinical benefits, managing territory coverage, and building long-term relationships with customers and partners. The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering competitor and customer feedback, and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team. The Medical Sales Representative also supports marketing and promotional initiatives, attends relevant medical events, and ensures that all interactions adhere to ethical and compliance standards.
