We are seeking a dependable Digital Operations Assistant with strong attention to detail to help our team handle a range of online and administrative tasks.
The work covers digital information, online resources, internal systems, and repeatable workflows. Clear priorities and documented procedures will guide your tasks, but you will be responsible for handling your assignments independently and flagging matters that need attention.
This position suits someone who likes structured work on a computer, notices small details, and readily learns unfamiliar tools and processes.
Responsibilities
Your activities will include:
Maintaining and organizing digital information, records, and online resources.
Using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and additional browser-based applications.
Researching information online and producing lists, summaries, and basic reports.
Revising website content and digital materials as needed.
Completing routine operational activities according to established procedures.
Checking finished tasks for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
Spotting mistakes or unusual situations and notifying the relevant team member.
Monitoring assigned tasks, meeting deadlines, and sharing updates on progress.
Assisting with trials of new tools and workflows, alongside other operational tasks when needed.
Specific duties may change with active projects and business requirements.
Qualifications
Skills and qualities suited to the role:
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Practical familiarity with Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and others.
Well-developed research abilities.
A conscientious and committed approach to work.
The ability to deliver accurate work efficiently within time limits.
Effective deadline management and confidence using productivity-tracking tools.
Equipment and working setup
A dependable desktop computer or laptop.
A consistent internet connection.
Confidence working across several online platforms and browser-based applications.
Working arrangements and benefits:
Working schedule: The role is remote and full-time, with 8 working hours each day. Availability Monday–Saturday is preferred, though a Monday–Friday schedule may be possible.
The team mainly works in the Central European time zone (CET/CEST). Management will agree on your working hours with you, taking both your availability and team needs into account.
All eight working hours must fall within a single continuous work period. Regular breaks are allowed, but the day cannot be divided into separate shifts.
Contract: The freelance agreement renews automatically each month and can lead to a long-term working relationship.
Compensation: Expected monthly earnings are €540 to €830, determined by the candidates’ skills and the agreed work schedule.
Team members’ rates are reviewed regularly against performance, dependability, and their overall contribution, allowing opportunities for higher rates and growth over time.
Recruitment stages
Selection consists of the following steps:
A brief preliminary questionnaire.
