Who You Are

We’re looking for an IT Specialist who will play a key role in keeping our systems available, current, and secure. Your main task will be managing company devices, networks, cloud services, as well as employee accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with the teams across the company so that everyone has the access and support they need to work.

Ideally, you have:

• University degree or vocational qualification in IT, computer science, or a related field (or 5+ years of professional IT support or system administration experience)
• At least two years of professional experience in IT support or system administration.
• Experience administering user accounts, devices, and cloud business applications, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Experience running a ticketing system, a device management system, and backups.
• Training in system administration, endpoint management, identity and access management, and information security and privacy controls that apply to IT operations (evidenced by certificates or course records).
