We’re looking for a Senior Clients' Manager who knows how to build strong client relationships, keep projects moving and bring clarity when things get busy.

Someone who understands the business behind the brief, respects the creative process and takes the financial health of an account seriously.

Reporting to the Head of Accounts, you will primarily manage one key account, with involvement in other projects when needed. You’ll work closely with our teams across strategy, creative, digital, media and production, from the first brief to final delivery.

What you’ll do

• Build a trusted client relationship, understand business priorities and manage expectations through clear, consistent communication.
• Translate client needs into actionable briefs with defined scope, priorities and deliverables.
• Lead projects across channels and disciplines, keeping timelines, responsibilities, feedback and approvals on track.
• Prepare estimates and budgets, negotiate client fees and supplier costs within agreed approval limits, and document commercial commitments.
• Monitor costs, profitability and revenue forecasts, flagging scope changes and financial risks early.
• Coordinate invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments with clients and finance.
• Present ideas, recommendations and progress clearly, connecting the work to the client’s objectives.
• Handle competing priorities and last-minute changes with sound judgment and practical solutions.
• Retain and grow the existing account by identifying opportunities that strengthen the partnership.

What we’re looking for

• At least five years of agency account-management experience, with direct responsibility for client relationships and project delivery.
• Strong commercial understanding, including budgeting, pricing, cost control, profitability, forecasting and payment follow-up.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and campaigns across different channels.
• Confident presentation and negotiation skills.
• Professional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of project-management and CRM platforms.
• Native-level Albanian and professional proficiency in English.
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to stay dependable under pressure.
