The Team Leader is directly responsible for managing the quality and effectiveness of their team of agents.
This includes, in particular, developing agent skills and ensuring that behavior is consistent with company objectives.
Il team leader:
- He is an expert in monitoring and evaluating the quality of his team members' work.
- provides daily mentoring to team members
- adapts its management style to individual needs
- ensures a high level of motivation in the team
- takes responsibility for his team's work

Qualifications and Skills
- English language knowledge C1
- Knowledge of a second language is a must: Italian, Spanish, French or German
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- Experience in the world of telephony and telecommunications
- Preferred qualification requirement: degree
- Develop communication skills
- Analytical skills needed to analyze results and make decisions based on facts and figures
- High motivation and willingness to dedicate oneself to work
- Independence at work and focus on results
- Teamwork orientation and knowledge transfer
- Flexibility and positivity in accepting change
- High level of organization, autonomy in work and recognition of priorities
- Availability to rotate shifts, including holidays/evenings
