Job Overview

In the role of Bid Manager – GSM Nearshore, you will oversee the entire bidding cycle for complex, high-value opportunities across the German-Speaking Market. You will serve as the main accountable person for the process, shaping bid strategy, maintaining compliance and proposal quality, and aligning cross-functional teams to improve the chances of success. In close collaboration with Sales, Solution Consultants, Subject Matter Experts, and Legal, you will also use AI-driven tools to strengthen proposal quality, efficiency, and overall bid results.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Oversee the complete bid process, beginning with opportunity qualification and continuing through submission and handover.

Contribute to bid qualification activities and support bid/no-bid decisions.

Review RFPs, customer requirements, and evaluation criteria, while identifying the main themes that can strengthen the proposal.

Set the bid approach and lead kick-off sessions with stakeholders from different functions.

Prepare bid plans, align contributors, track execution, and make sure strong-quality proposals are delivered on time.

Detect possible risks, lead mitigation measures, and raise issues when required.

Assess, refine, and combine input from Subject Matter Experts so proposals remain persuasive, compliant, and centered on customer needs.

Oversee version management of proposals, Q&A submissions, and final quality checks before submission.

Coordinate proposal design, client presentations, and related pitch materials.

Ensure stakeholder ownership, governance, approvals, and clear communication throughout the bid cycle.

Use AI-powered tools to enhance proposal creation, compliance, and content reuse.

Review bid results and introduce continuous improvement actions to raise future win rates.

Your Profile

At least 2–3 years of experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, Project Management, or a similar function within BPO, Customer Experience, Technology, Professional Services, or a related field.

Background in handling complex, cross-functional bids in a fast-moving environment; experience with international or enterprise bids is considered an advantage.

Solid project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, risk control, and delivery within tight timelines.
