Role Description

The Technical Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania. This position is responsible for providing technical support for TIMAK’s vehicle superstructures and mobile solutions, including diagnosing issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring optimal performance. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, assisting with installation and configuration, and documenting technical findings and solutions. The Technical Specialist collaborates with production, engineering, and customer service teams to resolve client issues, perform inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves communicating technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders and contributing to product training and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to diagnose technical issues, interpret technical documentation, and support root-cause analysis.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, explain technical matters clearly, and build professional relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify faults, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions efficiently.
• Relevant technical education (e.g., degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, automotive engineering, or related field) is beneficial.
• Experience in vehicle manufacturing, automotive systems, or industrial equipment maintenance is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications, and to use diagnostic tools and standard workshop equipment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work safely in a production and workshop environment.
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications and willingness to learn company-specific software and systems.
