Qualifications

Essential qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Practical understanding of commercial law and alternative dispute resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders and manage relationships.
• An understanding of the business and legal environment in Albania.
• Proficiency in both Albanian and English.
• Foundational understanding of marketing and social media.
• A sincere interest in alternative dispute resolution, together with a commitment to ongoing professional development in this field.

Desirable qualifications

• A background in institution-building, organizational development, or program management.
• Prior engagement with ADR centers or similar institutions.
• A background in fundraising, donor relations, or international cooperation.
• Prior work preparing business plans, outreach strategies, or governance structures.
• A background working with international teams and stakeholders across different jurisdictions.
• Involvement in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in the capacity of student, coach, or arbitrator.
