WE ARE HIRING – FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
TenTen Group is looking for a responsible, organized, and experienced Finance & Accounting Specialist to oversee the complete financial operations of TenTen Group and the companies operating under its umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial operations of TenTen Group and its companies
- Record and monitor income, expenses, invoices, and payments
- Prepare and submit tax declarations within legal deadlines
- Manage VAT, payroll, employee contributions, and other financial obligations
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash transactions, clients, and suppliers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning
- Coordinate with banks, the Kosovo Tax Administration, and other relevant institutions
- Ensure full compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations
- Provide financial analysis and report directly to the management of TenTen Group
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Relevant experience in accounting and financial management
- Strong knowledge of Kosovo's tax and financial legislation
- Ability to manage the finances of multiple companies simultaneously
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
