Delivery & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and high-quality execution.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, effort, and strategic importance.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate trade-offs, and escalate risks in a timely and transparent manner.
• Establish clear product metrics and reporting cadences to keep leadership informed of progress, performance, and commercial outcomes.
• Mentor and support other product managers, promoting strong product practices and a culture of accountability.
• Represent the product in customer meetings, strategic discussions, and relevant industry events.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven experience launching, managing, and scaling digital products with measurable customer and business impact.
• Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of revenue models, pricing, profitability, and business growth.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer acquisition.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, growth funnels, customer segmentation, conversion, retention, and product analytics.
• Ability to develop business cases, assess ROI, and make commercially informed product decisions.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with engineering and design teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; startup or scale-up experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, modern product discovery practices, and data-driven product management.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently and deliver measurable outcomes.
