About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft Fabric / Power BI Platform Engineer with 2–3 years of relevant experience and hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric. You will build data pipelines, design data models, and develop analytics solutions that help teams understand their business and make informed decisions. We are looking for someone curious about what data can reveal, someone who asks questions, investigates unexpected patterns, and proposes useful ways to anticipate trends.

What you will do

• Build and maintain data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric, integrating data from different sources.
• Design and optimise data models for reporting and analytics.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports that make complex information understandable and useful.
• Explore data to identify patterns, anomalies, and emerging trends.
• Propose and test ideas for forecasting and predictive analytics, clearly communicating assumptions and limitations.
• Work with product owners, analysts, and software engineers to translate business questions into practical data solutions.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and improve pipeline and report performance.
• Apply security, access control, governance, and documentation practices across the platform.

What you should bring

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including building or maintaining data pipelines and lakehouse or warehouse solutions.
• A solid understanding of data modelling, including schemas, relationships, and models suited to reporting and analytics.
• Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards, including DAX and Power Query.
• Good SQL skills and familiarity with Python or another relevant scripting language.
• Practical knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.
• An analytical and creative approach: you can move from a business question to a data investigation and explain what the findings support.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with different teams.
• English and Albanian communication skills.
• A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.
