Tech-Ora LLC, a U.S.-based company, is expanding its remote operations and seeking 10 experienced Appointment Setters to join our growing team in Kosovo and Albania.
We are looking for highly motivated, confident, and results-driven professionals who have excellent English communication skills and previous experience in sales, call centers, or appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the United States.

- Qualify prospective clients and schedule appointments with licensed U.S. insurance professionals.
- Consistently achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, or call center operations is REQUIRED.
- Excellent spoken and written English is REQUIRED.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and a results-oriented mindset.
