TEB is now seeking for two qualified candidates for the position of: SME Relationship Manager for Fushe Kosova Branch.
Responsibilities:
- Developing sound portfolio through direct sale approach
- Analyze and propose loan cases for approvals
- Serve the clients diligently and develop professional relations
- Monitors market trends and provides feedback
- Represent the bank to the market in compliance with its policies and procedures
- Other related duties
Qualifications required:
- University degree in Economy or Business Administration
- Preferably 1-2 years banking experience, preferably in SME segment
- Preferably other business experiences, with analytical background
- Preferably other professional sale experiences
- Understanding business environment and its specific trends and developments
- Understanding of banking products and services
- Preferably knowledge about banking core system
- Excellent communication skills with the internal/external customers
- Good knowledge in MS Office
- Efficient in team work
- Excellent level of English Language
- Driving license Category B
