Key Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Process invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely manner
• Maintain organized financial files and documentation
• Support audits by preparing required documentation and reports
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or internships (preferred but not required)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluency in English
