Position Summary
The company is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to assist with the daily management of its real estate portfolio, with particular emphasis on maintenance, property condition, vendor coordination, budgeting, compliance, and reporting. In close cooperation with property management leadership and internal departments, this role supports timely completion of repairs, upkeep of properties at a high standard, control of operating expenses, and fulfillment of client and owner expectations. The ideal candidate is well-organized, proactive, attentive to detail, and able to coordinate several priorities across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the day-to-day management of the portfolio, with primary attention to maintenance and the general condition of the properties.
Maintain a high level of upkeep and ensure that all properties and units remain in good condition.
Organize the work of maintenance personnel and contractors so that repairs are finalized on schedule and in a cost-effective way.
Supervise maintenance requests and make sure issues are addressed and resolved without delay.
Carry out routine inspections to detect repair and maintenance needs.
Prepare and manage budgets for the portfolio while keeping expenses within approved limits.
Make sure all properties meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports covering operational performance and the overall state of the portfolio.
Build and preserve strong relationships with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders involved in property operations.
Complete additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills
Must Have
Strong English communication abilities, both written and spoken, are required at C1 or C2 level.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in property management, facilities management, real estate operations, or a similar position is preferred.
Excellent organizational ability, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks, properties, and priorities at the same time.
Strong problem-solving capability and a proactive mindset for addressing operational and maintenance matters.
Ability to coordinate efficiently with maintenance teams, contractors, vendors, clients, and property owners.
Basic knowledge of budgeting, expense monitoring, and operational reporting.
High attention to detail and the ability to follow property compliance standards and internal procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software is considered an advantage.
