Job Description
solution25 is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making, financial planning, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including procurement and investment coordination
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide insights and reports to support management decisions
- Develop and maintain internal controls, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Support audits and oversee financial aspects of projects, including budget and timeline reviews with project managers
- Provide financial guidance to management and collaborate across departments on cost control and planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an advantage
