We are looking for a AML Support to join our Retail Operations team . In this role, you will support the administrative management of Retail activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across documentation and operational processes. You will act as a key point of contact for Retail-related administrative matters and contribute to delivering a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Retail Administration Management: Manage all administrative activities related to Retail operations, from opening to closure of cases and processes.
• Documentation Verification: Handle and verify all documentation required for the completion and processing of Retail-related procedures.
• Administrative Processing: Ensure the accurate and timely management of administrative requests, procedures, records, and operational workflows.
• Retail Support: Manage inbound and outbound telephone communications related to Retail activities, providing timely support and assistance.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support efficient operational processes and service delivery.
