Onboarding Specialist (Client Data Onboarding / Data Migration)
Pristina, Kosovo | Hybrid | Full-time
This role requires excellent written and spoken English and German. Knowledge of additional languages such as Dutch, Spanish, or other EU languages is considered an advantage. Previous experience in a client-facing or service-focused position is also valued.

Its mission is to make compliance simpler while building an enjoyable and collaborative workplace.
To help drive continued expansion, the company is seeking an Onboarding Specialist who is highly organized and attentive to detail to become part of the Customer Success Team. This position represents the fourth hire in Pristina and involves close cooperation with local colleagues as well as team members across Europe.
Role Overview
- In this position, you will manage the onboarding and organization of customer data within the company’s systems. The role is essential for maintaining strong data quality, accelerating go-live timelines, and delivering a seamless onboarding journey for customers.
- You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Support teams and will report directly to the Head of Customer Success.
- Your contribution will have a direct effect on the following areas:
- More efficient onboarding and faster go-live timelines through well-structured data handling, along with improved data quality in the Agriplace platform
- Lower operational pressure on the Customer Success & Support teams so they can devote more time to customer relationships and value creation
Key Responsibilities
- Transfer client supply chain data into Simvia systems by using Excel templates and internal tools
- Upload and arrange client documents, including certificates, audit reports, and compliance-related materials
- Check, clean, and organize data so that it remains accurate and complete
- Detect incomplete or conflicting information and follow up proactively with customers or internal teams to resolve it
- Contribute to the customer-facing onboarding journey through clear communication and, when needed during busy periods, support additional support-related tasks
