We are seeking an experienced, confident, and guest-focused Hostess to join our team at The Groves.
As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm, welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. You will manage guest arrivals, reservations and seating while ensuring a seamless flow of service and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
You will play a key role in setting the tone of the guest experience through your professionalism, confidence, personality and genuine hospitality.
The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Seasonal 6-month contract: Visa + flights + basic salary + accommodation + transport all provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

Create a positive and engaging first impression that reflects the restaurant's standards.

Manage guest arrivals, reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.

Operate the restaurant reservation system and POS where required.

Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a confident and welcoming manner.

Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and Front of House team to ensure smooth table allocation.

Manage guest waiting lists and communicate estimated waiting times clearly.

Monitor table availability and coordinate table turnover with the service team.

Respond to guest enquiries regarding reservations, seating and restaurant offerings.

Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when appropriate.

Maintain regular communication with the Restaurant Manager, waitstaff and other FOH team members.

Assist with VIP guest arrivals and special occasions, ensuring personalised service.

Support the team in maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming entrance and host stand.

Contribute to a positive, engaging and memorable guest experience.

Maintain impeccable grooming, professionalism and presentation at all times.

Ensure compliance with restaurant service standards, health and safety requirements.

Represent the restaurant with confidence, warmth and genuine hospitality.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Hostess in a premium restaurant, luxury hotel or hospitality environment
