specializing in HubSpot. In this role, you will lead end-to-end CRM implementations,

optimize client workflows, and design efficient digital automation solutions. If you possess

Key Responsibilities

• HubSpot Implementation & Optimization: Lead technical and functional end-to-end implementations across the full HubSpot suite, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Commerce Hub, and Operations Hub.
• Digital Process & Sales Automation: Analyze client business requirements to design, build, and optimize automated workflows, pipelines, and digital processes that drive efficiency.
• Digital Workplace Management: Support clients in modernizing their digital workplace and aligning their CRM architecture with overall operational strategies.
• Consulting & Strategy: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders through system setup, data migration, third-party integrations, and best-practice adoption.

Qualifications & Skills

• Core HubSpot Expertise: Proven experience in configuring, implementing, and managing HubSpot CRM products (Sales, Marketing, Service, Content, Commerce, and Operations Hubs).
• Multi-CRM Knowledge: Additional expertise with Salesforce.com and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is strongly preferred/a major plus.
• Process Automation: Strong background in business process mapping, sales automation, and system integration.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills with fluency in German and English
