Role Description

We are looking for Professional Field Sales Representatives to join our team in Tirana and strengthen the relationship between hairdressers, salons and our professional brands: Schwarzkopf Professional, INDOLA Professional and STMNT Grooming Goods.

This is a full-time, field-based role focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing salon partners while identifying new business opportunities.

The Professional Field Sales Representative will regularly visit salons, present our brands and product portfolio, understand each client's business needs, provide product and commercial support, and help salons grow their business through the right professional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hairdressers and salon professionals
• Regularly visit existing and potential salon clients within the assigned territory
• Represent and promote Schwarzkopf Professional, INDOLA Professional and STMNT Grooming Goods
• Present new products, launches, promotions and professional solutions
• Identify new salons and business opportunities in the market
• Understand each salon's needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the professional brands
• Support salon partners with product knowledge and commercial guidance
• Collaborate closely with the education, marketing and sales teams
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients and ensure a high level of customer service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, field sales or customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability and willingness to work actively in the field and visit salon clients
• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics or professional haircare industry is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of the salon and hairdressing industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
