SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We are looking for a social media manager with hands-on experience and creative vision to help grow and strengthen digital presence through effective social media and ad strategies. The ideal candidate has strong skills in ad management, customer inquiry response, and audience engagement across social platforms, along with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to use AI tools effectively in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads

• Create, manage, and analyze advertising campaigns on Meta platforms
• Select products to promote based on performance and sales potential
• Create dark ads with compelling, effective ad copy
• Continuously monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results

Community Management

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages and comments on social media
• Handle email correspondence professionally
• Build and maintain positive relationships with followers and customers

Content and Promotion

• Generate creative ideas for content and promotional campaigns aligned with the brand's identity
• Coordinate closely with the team to bring ideas to life, providing clear direction on concept, messaging, and purpose for each piece of content
• Plan and publish stories and posts across relevant platforms
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and quality of published content

Requirements

• Prior experience in social media management and Meta advertising
• Fluent in Albanian and English, with strong written communication skills
• Strong analytical and creative skills
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
