Sales Representative – Professional Haircare

S-ProCosmetics is looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team and represent some of the leading international brands in professional haircare.
Our portfolio includes Paul Mitchell, O&M (Original & Mineral), Goddess BioTech Blowout, PAHI Barcelona, and other professional beauty brands.
The role is based in Tirana and involves regular field visits to professional salons and clients both within Tirana and across Albania.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with professional hair salons and existing clients
- Identify and approach new potential clients
- Present and recommend products based on each salon's needs
- Manage your sales territory and achieve agreed sales targets
- Introduce new products, promotions, and brand initiatives to clients
- Participate in professional trainings, launches, and industry events
- Work closely with our education and marketing teams
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, positive, and sales-oriented attitude
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Confidence working independently and managing field visits
- Previous experience in sales is preferred
- Experience or interest in the professional beauty/hair industry is a strong advantage
- Driving licence is preferred
