Professional Haircare Sales Consultant

S-ProCosmetics, distributor of international professional haircare brands including Paul Mitchell, O&M, Goddess BioTech Blowout, Pahi Barcelona, and others, is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team.
This is a client-facing role focused on developing strong relationships with professional salons, growing existing accounts and introducing our brands to new salons across Albania.
Your role will include:
- Managing and developing relationships with professional salons
- Identifying and acquiring new salon accounts
- Regular field visits in Tirana and other cities in Albania
- Presenting products, launches and professional solutions to salons
- Following sales opportunities and achieving agreed sales targets
- Participating in brand trainings, events and educational activities
We're looking for someone who is:
- Based in Tirana / Albania
- Confident, communicative and comfortable working directly with clients
- Sales-oriented and motivated by results
- Organized, proactive and able to work independently in the field
- Interested in the professional beauty and haircare industry
- Previous sales experience is preferred; experience in beauty, haircare or FMCG is an advantage
