ABOUT THE ROLE

Rotate Digital is a digital agency focused on helping business owners make money from their online assets (Google Business Profile and website) through SEO. Headquartered in Arizona, USA, with team members around the world. This is a remote (work from home) position.

As a Link Building Specialist, you'll identify high-quality, relevant link-building opportunities and publish guest posts on sites that meet the agency's quality standards. You'll manage link acquisition within an assigned monthly budget, making cost-effective decisions without compromising link value. The company treats AI as a tool for better output and efficiency, and encourages creative, effective use of it in every role.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH

• Remote working (work from home).
• A 60-day trial period at the start of all jobs, to confirm mutual fit.
• Moving fast, taking action, and pushing your limits.
• Flexible working hours, but availability for ad-hoc communication and last-minute meetings until 3 pm US-EST (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work).
• Using AI tools creatively and effectively to work more efficiently.
• Working with a team that is still growing and learning every day.

OUTCOMES YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• On-time guest post fulfillment — delivering on schedule for all clients so the SEO process stays on track.
• Quality and relevant link placements — using the vendor database and campaign knowledge to secure placements that support client goals.

CAPABILITIES

• Ability to identify high-quality, relevant link-building opportunities and secure guest posts on sites meeting established quality standards.
• Skill in building cost-effective backlinks while managing budgets efficiently.
• Strong time management to prioritise opportunities with imminent deadlines and deliver consistently on time.
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with the SEO team.
• Fluency with AI tools to use your time efficiently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and evaluate relevant websites for guest post placements meeting editorial and authority standards.
• Execute monthly link-building campaigns for assigned clients, aligned with their SEO goals and link quotas.
• Manage monthly budgets efficiently, avoiding overpayment for low-value or underperforming links.
• Maintain a minimum 95% on-time guest post delivery rate.
• Vet and approve outreach sites against internal quality guidelines before finalising placements.
• Document link placements, monitor live status, and update internal trackers or CRMs.
• Coordinate with writers so guest post content matches publishing site requirements and client expectations.
• Use AI tools to speed up prospecting, vetting, and outreach.
