Role Description

The Electro Mechanical Engineer will work full time on-site in Tirana, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of electromechanical systems and equipment. Daily responsibilities include analyzing technical requirements, preparing engineering drawings and documentation, performing calculations for electrical and mechanical components, and supporting installation, testing, and troubleshooting activities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimizing system performance and reliability. The engineer will also assist in continuous improvement initiatives, provide technical support, and participate in project planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electricity and Electrical Engineering, with the ability to design, analyze, and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Solid knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles, including mechanical design, materials, and system integration.
• Experience in Electromechanics, combining electrical and mechanical expertise to work on integrated systems and components.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, solve technical problems, and make informed engineering decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.
• Proficiency with engineering design and simulation tools (e.g., CAD software, basic analysis tools) is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work in a team, and readiness to operate in an on-site engineering environment in Tirana.
