RealEstate.al is expanding its team and is looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant for long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mediation in property sales and rentals (apartments, offices, commercial properties)
- Professional communication and consulting with clients and property owners
- Organizing and conducting property viewings
- Preparing and following up on contracts
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professionalism, reliability, and commitment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market (an advantage)
- Previous experience in real estate or sales (an advantage, not mandatory)
- Good knowledge of English
