As an Account Manager, you will create, develop and maintain the relationship with the SE client and offer the full range of banking products related to these customers within Lezha Area.

What will you do?

• Act as a reference person in the Bank for SE Companies of the respective portfolio;
• Proactively approach new potential clients and presents and sells the bank and the services offered;
• Prepare a strategy for its own portfolio to reach individual and departmental target/goals;
• Monitor portfolio results, progress versus personal objectives;
• Visit client sites and prepares loan proposals and financial analysis;
• Promote an efficient cross-selling and workflow for all SE products;
• Monitor continuously the market, financial and credit performance of the borrowers to ensure compliance with the loan conditions governing the Credit Line issued by the Bank and report any deviation and/or deterioration of the credit standing to the Department Head and respective units in Credit Risk Management;
• Responsible for coaching, training and mentoring Junior RMs (in case any);
• Act as a first line of defense for all compliance related issues through making continuous plausibility checks on the customers of the respective portfolio and reports to Compliance any complex atypical, unusual or high amount transactions which are not related to normal activity of the portfolio customers;
• Provide the client with contact persons in the bank, facilitates and assists him with the use of Bank products and services. 
• Follow up daily issues as assigned by the respective supervisor (Department Head);
• Prepare various reports on behalf of the respective portfolio/ department.

You need to have:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance; Master degree is an asset;
• At least one year of work experience** in relevant field, preferably in business segments;
• Financial and Accounting skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, good teamwork, strong presentation skills;
• Fast learner and able to adopt quickly to a new and dynamic environment;
• Strong command of spoken and written English;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
